I've lived here for about a year now and I can say it's almost a good place to live. The duplexes are designed correctly with the garage in the middle thereby blocking sound from the living areas. The manager seems to be a professional, gets things done promptly. However, like someone wrote already, there is something really wrong with some of the children living in the community. Perhaps the parents should address their anger (disturbed) issues. This misbehavior really detracts from the... likeability of this place.

If you don't mind listening to children scream all day and terrorize the residents then you might like it here.
