This complex is well managed. My apartment was super clean when I moved in. They did a thorough power-washing of the entire complex last month. The maintenance people are fast, efficient and competent. The window treatments are very good. You can fit a lot into the storage space that is accessed by the balcony. To be balanced, negatives (they are not strong negatives): many apartment complexes, like this one, describe themselves as "luxury". The cabinets and floors are not made of wood... and the appliances are basic, not high end. But everything works well and the appliances are newish and are easy to clean. I am not a pet person (pets are allowed), but I am not bothered by the pets, except when dogs get into barking competitions. To be fair, this does not happen often. I don't hear a lot from my neighbors (there is adequate sound-proofing). The exercise room is small, but useful, and very clean. The town of Sandy is conveniently close, but you don't hear Route 26. Sandy has every service that you would need, including a DMV, Ace Hardware, three good supermarkets. Access to Mt. Hood is fast. 45 minutes to Timberline Lodge, driving at the speed limit. We love this place. We were the very first to move into entire complex. Maintenance is great. Prompt. Management is friendly and very helpful. Property is clean and well cared for. Free internet and satellite is a huge plus. Love the picnic areas. Nice clubhouse and workout room. Pool and hot tub are great. Playground and basketball court are a plus. Completely smoke free.
