Started renting here in August 2025. Far better value than I was getting renting in downtown Salem. Discounted internet service, friendly staff, pool, gym, assigned parking, and AC that works. I've had a couple of minor maintenance tickets over 8 months which have been resolved in under 24 hours. Planning to renew my lease when it comes up. Strongly recommend.

Terrible er management company
The On site manager is nice but the company who owns this place evicts at the drop of a hat, is judgy and does not communicate.
