Since Ana has been here she has been truly exceptional. The positive changes in our community were noticeable almost immediately—it’s now much cleaner overall more pleasant to live in. She is kind, professional, and consistently responsive, Her dedication has made a real difference, and we’re grateful to have her here!!!!!!

I would like to take a moment to thank our new manager. She has addressed and fixed all the issues we had. We have had many managers come and go, and unfortunately, they did not last or take care of our maintenance concerns.
Ana has been very kind, and I am truly amazed that she is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She fixed my garbage disposal and my toilet, and she even hung a blind in my room. I was really impressed with her skills.
I have not seen any other manager here at Taybin who is... this efficient. Thank you.

I’ve been really happy living here since Ana took over. She’s been super responsive, communicates clearly, and actually follows up to make sure things get handled. You can tell she cares about keeping the place clean and making improvements. It already feels like a big upgrade, and I really appreciate how approachable she is.
