It’s been up-and-down with always having a new manager only lasting 3 to 6 months. We never see any changes now that the new manager is here Ana I can see that she has done spectacular job at this property. We have seen how much she cares and seeing how much she works to make this property look amazing. She’s always out cleaning stairwells blowing the grounds, walking the grounds and picking up garbage that she sees on the ground, I really appreciate how much she has done to this apartment that... This is my girlfriend and I’s first apartment together and all in all we are both extremely impressed! When we were applying, we were greeted very warming and kindly by the community manager Ana, who is very knowledgeable, even if she doesn’t know an answer to your question, she will do research or get into contact with who she needs to and will get back to you with the answer, which is one important thing that I appreciate! We were also able to tour a different one bedroom unit with the exact... same layout, the difference was that the one we would get wasn’t newly refurbished and since we wanted to move in swiftly, that left no opportunity to view it before our move in date. So the day we moved in was our first view of the place, and let me tell you, we were both amazed and pleasantly surprised! We walked into a very nice, clean, and well taken care home. Honestly, I would not have known it wasn’t newly refurbished if I wasn’t told it because everything looked new and even sparkling; the fridge, oven, overhead microwave (which is so neat because it is custom and functions as an overhead vent for the stove top as well), and all other appliances had like not even a speck of dirt on them and look no older than two years max. The carpet is so clean and soft and the hardwood floors are smooth and radiant! On top of that, the windows are big and let a lot of light in, with an automatic lock feature when you close the window, and blinds that are easy to operate! Very nice indoor lighting with overhead fans in the kitchen and dining room. Generous bathroom with mirror vanity that has a ledge and drawer, as well as a spacious bathtub/shower that has a detachable shower head. My onsite manager has been amazing since she arrived at the property. It didn’t take long for us to notice the positive changes the community is much nicer, quieter, and definitely cleaner.
She is kind and always very responsive, whether it’s an emergency or any concern we may have.
