The estimated range is $40-$70/month. To help offset utility expenses, the property covers 10% of the total bill, with residents responsible for the remainder - Electricity: Residents are required to establish and maintain their own individual electric service account with PGE Electric - Wifi: Xfinity WiFi routers are pre-installed in each unit.
