No one is here to help they dont keep up with maintenance and manager breaks the rules and tells everyone else follow them black mold in rooms and bathroom and they dont fix it right just keeps coming back and no installation in the walls and when there is a problem manager wont give you any info on the owners so i would recommend on looking for a better place for your family seriously im trying to help you here dont make my mistake and come here.

Not worth the rent price
Only updated apartment is the one in the pics and it’s the office. Bare min on maintenance before turnover. Rat issues clawing from the underside of your bathtub and failure to properly maintain the big black rat trap boxes posted out in front of your unit. Mold has not been addressed in several units. Pool needs painted and cement crumbles from edges into the pool. My stove works when it wants and the electrical units in the walls have a low threshold don’t plug in your tv on the same side of... the house as your bathroom or you use a blow dryer and the fuse pops. I highly recommend looking for locations elsewhere.

Pinewood apartments
Do yourself a favor, completely pass this property by! Lived here for six months, absolutely no money put into property grounds. Had an extremely bad mold problem and they did nothing to help me. Office personal never on grounds!!! DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPLEX!!!!
