Do not rent at these apartments. You will have mold everywhere. We moved into this place because we loved the windows. But all the windows in the apartment are the original 1 panel windows. During the winter they Fog up and get mold all around the edges inside The amber glass near the from door also have this problem. The unit can't hold heat. I went from a $70 bill to a $300. The bathrooms also have the original green wallpaper so it created another mold problem because it's peeling.The... activities room was never open. It has the shaggy carpet and wood paneling and it was infested with squirrels. The complex has free range cats that leave mice on the walk way and they also poop on your outdoor funiture.

DO NOT RENT
Just FYI they are considering shutting the pool down because they dont want to pay to run it. Also it was out of commission 95% of the summer last year over a simple fix.
Now half of the apartments have a tarp on the roof, probably causing extensive mold damage*BEWARE*
Less than 5 units have the washer and dryer hookups, the rest have the pay the money to use the machines *BEWARE*
Most units have outdated windows and heating systems, my electic bill currently is approximately $150 a month... *BEWARE*
Many residents have cats outside that pee and poop everywhere, then have a fight club in the middle of the night, owners dont seem to mind *BEWARE*
Ceiling and walls rattle every time somebody moves a muscle upstairs *BEWARE*
Overall I hate this property and will be moving ASAP . The maintenance guy is terrible at his job and Princeton Property Management is a pretty terrible company.
