Green wood park staff are the bees knees! Always smiling and helpful. We know they have their hands full

False Advertising

Rent is higher than stated. Strict parking regulations, and does not include water, sewer, and garbage. This is the added to the advertised rent, thus increasing the monthly rent. The grounds look well kept and the inside of the apartments are decent.
