These updated units include two bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. Washer and dryer are included! Updated kitchens include stainless steel appliances including fridge, dishwasher, and electric stove/oven. Separate dining room and living room. Ground floor units include a sliding glass door to covered patio with small yard and storage closet. Second level units include sliding glass door to private deck and storage closet.

UTILITIES
Tenant will pay own electric, cable, and internet.
Tenant will pay $120/month for water and sewer and $30/month for trash service.

RENTERS INSURANCE
