DO NOT RENT HERE

I rented and lived here for two years and it was the most unsafe and sketchy place considering the neighborhood. On top of that, the management is the most unreasonable, not understanding and rude group of people I have ever dealt with as a renter.

You are better off renting ANYWHERE else in Portland. Trust me.

This place is terrible

They took almost our entire security deposit of $1,800, and claimed that it was for painting the walls, vacuuming the carpet, and a few other very minor things. They also allow some very sketchy people to live here. We had to call the cops on our neighbors for domestic abuse multiple times, and were woken up late at night on multiple occasions due to excessive noise disturbances. My girlfriend and I notified them of this, and our calls went unanswered. Lastly, the apartment manager thought it... was ok to take it upon himself to look through all of our belongings while fixing a broken fridge, and was very disrespectful when corresponding with us.

The location is great, and one of the apartment managers is very nice and respectful, but overall I would definitely not renting here.

Can't beat the location

Very cute apartment and reasonably priced for the neighborhood. Everywhere is within walking distance - grocery store and great restaurants in the neighborhood. I hardly ever use my car now!

Location Location!

This is a cute little complex located in the well desired Alphabet District. These apartments are a whisker and a whiskey away from bars, restaurants, shopping , transit which I deem as some of the key elements to a satisfying quality of life. They are most suitable as a starter apartment for young professionals.
