Hands down the worst place I've ever lived. I paid $1800 to break a 6 month lease, and I was happy to do it. If you value a quiet life, do not rent here. Management was no help in resolving the issue. I will go out of my way to tell everyone to avoid this place at all costs....

Took over a month to get my oven fixed when it broke.
Roof leaked, fixed quickly the first time. Never fixed the second time.
They screwed up the paperwork on the move out date, and were great about fixing that but then never returned the security deposit. After 3 months of them saying the check would be sent out and going through corporate we finally gave up rather than pursuing legal actions for a few 100 dollars.

I live in highland park apartments in Gresham Oregon its a pretty big complex . They have one garbage can in the front of the complex . So if u live in the back like me you have to drive your garage to the front. So my neighbors all put their trash on their front pourch witch is also my pourch. They have a nice gym and swimming pool but the gym equipment dosnt work . Pet friendly. The best part is the location I live next to everything I would need .

Had some amenities. Basketball court both basket broken sauna not working exercise room pool insulation non existent plus rent still rising but doable corporately owned
