Our move to The Ardea was easy, Alpha, Dominic and Diane were all very helpful. Except for our furniture delivery, (which was entirely the delivery company’s responsibility) it went very smoothly. We love our new home!

I have lived at The Ardea in 2012 for a couple of years and my husband and I moved back in August 2024. My husband and I have lived in 4 different layouts. All of the layouts have been excellent, but we really love the 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, in the 10 stack. The staff here are the most wonderful people. They have shown genuine kindness and always help out in any way they can. The gym is amazing! I love all of the different types of equipment offered in it. The community Room is lovely and... perfect for small gatherings.The other residents that I have met or interacted with have been typically very kind. There are many residents with dogs of all sizes and are pretty well-behaved. The Ardea always has treats for the big dogs and the little dogs, which our Great Dane, Green Bean, loves! The Ardea is located in the perfect spot for my husband and I. It's close to OHSU, there are a couple of outstanding coffee shops, the restaurants have phenominal food. There are two grocery stores near the building. The veterinarian and staff at Wildwood Vet are the BEST! There are doggie daycares nearby that offer grooming and boarding services also. The Ardea is a beautiful place to live with apartments that are beautiful with lovely finishes. It's quiet and safe with a staff that are the best!
