Moved here about 12 days ago.
Honestly thought it would be way worse.
The parking isn’t terrible. (If you come home at 9pm you may have to park a street away) the inside is very clean and feels safe. Keys to get into the building and to work the elevator.
The price is good. The kitchen and bathroom in these units is beautiful granite. Neighbors seem to be friendly and respectful. So far so good :)

First and foremost, the staff here at Tempo are absolutely amazing, and were very much vital in my wanting to move in here. The staff (at Tempo) are not only very friendly, they also played a major role in helping make sure my move went as smooth as possible, which as we all know, moving can become a chaotic headache-of-sorts, but thankfully that wasn’t the case, not in the slightest. I've lived here about half a year. The apartments and amenities are nice.
Location is very urban. Mostly peaceful with some weekend noise. Nothing too bad.

Inside is fantastic. I love my place, the views, the kitchen, everything. Maintenance has been great.

Unfortunately a neighbor has taken it upon themselves to spoil the place for me so I'm desperately seeking a way out now. They smoke and burn incense every night. There's smoke billowing out of their door filling the entire hallway and... everyone who lives near apartment. Its become an absolute nightmare for me as it triggers migraines.

I'd say give the place a shot but run for the hills if they try to show the 6th floor. Read More

I lived here for 2 years and loved it, but unfortunately things really have gone down hill since the management changed. I've had 3 packages stolen within 2 weeks. My friend's car tire got slashed in the parking garage and had to pay $400 out of pocket to replace them. Half of the door the garage door is stuck open. There were multiple car break-ins in the past a couple of months. The garbage disposal has been broken for weeks which makes the entire hallway smells terrible. I love this buildings uniqueness and maintenance has always been on time. The location is prime allowing access to all areas of Portland easily. The amenities are always clean and it offers a nice size bath tub in one and two bedrooms!
