The main thing that makes Tanner Flats a great place to live is the responsiveness of the office personnel when you have a question, or need some assistance. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The close proximity to public transportation is also a big plus. We love being able to get to places we frequent with such ease! The property is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and secure. We really like it here. A lot.

I love this community! It has been one of the best apartments I've lived in in many years. Managing staff is awesome. Always approachable and friendly. Whenever there's an issue, they are quick to resolve the problem. I've been here for nearly four years and I love my home.

I can’t recommend this place enough, it truly feels like home. Both management and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful and kind. The neighbors are all great and friendly people, I feel safe and welcomed at the Tanner Flats. I hope to live at the Tanner Flats for a long time! It’s the best apartment building in Portland!
