Mariela and Alyssa have both been kind, helpful and personable. From the initial tour to the move in walk around, I’ve had pleasant interactions with them and look forward to living here.

The leasing staff did a great job helping me through the process. They were consistently available to answer questions. Because I was out of state Alyssa conducted a virtual tour of my apartment. I've only just arrived two days ago but I really like this apartment community.

The office staff has been great. Maintenance was fantastic til I noticed a break in the fence which was allowing people from the neighboring apartment to come onto the property, smoke fentanyl, leave drug paraphernalia (still there), and was told if I want privacy I should buy a home by victor. What I expect is maintenance to be ok with performing maintenance tasks. What I expect is to get a response regarding no accessible parking in the back. Oversold on property - would recommend checking your unit prior to lease signing. Was told about major renovations that were delaying availability and although some may be true, many things like basic upkeep are lacking; doors don't close all the way, baseboards in bathrooms stripping off walls, and seems they tried to put a coat of paint over everything to take away from the focus on the overall wear down of the property.
