Overall, nice community and neighborhood, staff respond quickly and efficiently. Idle location for downtown Beaverton, with nice and spacious living areas.

It was a smooth move beside the paperwork part as it was done over the weekend. It was difficult to make phone calls to get someone assist as most vendor are off weekends. Overall,we’re able to get all paperwork in and settle down. The neighborhood is quite and friendly. Maintenance was quick to respond and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Community is very kind and social, I moved alright as the new property owners took over and did their best to answer questions and are working on upgrading the property.
