I did not virtual tour or in person tour this place before moving in. I do not regret it. I had to move quickly and the process was seamless. Jessica and Zach are perfect at what they do. I've been living in Modera Woodstock since Winter and the building was still getting it's fresh new appliances and door locks were settling in. While there will always be a few little things that need touch ups or might need an adjustment after settling, the staff here is always on it when you ask for some assistance. Be in the management staff with questions about the lease, the custodial crew that keep the hallways clean & greet you with a smile as you grab coffee, or the tag-team handymen --... I moved here from out of state, and this apartment has been great, exceeding my expectations. I found exactly what I wanted in my next place to live + more.

The staff have been remarkably friendly and helpful -- even saying hi to me by name when I pass through the front lounge. The community managers like Jessica have helped me settle in comfortably. When I moved in, I had to submit a couple maintenance tickets, and they were handled swiftly and with smiles: shoutout to Jair and Junior on the... service team.

There are so many places to walk to around here, especially to eat, and buses to ride to find more. It also feels very safe, as there are many other people out and about doing the same things and exploring the area.

My experience of Portland has been overwhelmingly positive, and living here is definitely a big contributor of that. Read More

This place is just beautiful. The amenities are so, so good and I feel so safe here. I love the complimentary coffee every morning and a chance to meet the neighbors. The club room is fantastic with shuffleboard, pizza oven, and gourmet kitchen. It is a little pricey but you get more than your money’s worth here! With 24/hr gym, climbing wall, and EV charging, I feel like I won the lottery living here. The front desk staff are always available and so helpful. You don’t find that at other... complexes.
