The overall experience was exceptional. The leasing office staff demonstrated unwavering support and assistance, characterized by their intentionality and effective communication. The process from inception to completion was remarkably smooth and user-friendly. The Good: The management team is probably one of the best I've experienced (5+). They are responsive, communicative, and will work with you on any issues you may have.
The Bad: The building looks nice but is challenged with respect to quality including low-end flooring and questionable attention to acoustical separation and insulation.
The ugly: beware the train noise if you are looking at apartments fronting the tracks.
