The Good: The management team is probably one of the best I've experienced (5+). They are responsive, communicative, and will work with you on any issues you may have. The Bad: The building looks nice but is challenged with respect to quality including low-end flooring and questionable attention to acoustical separation and insulation. The ugly: beware the train noise if you are looking at apartments fronting the tracks.

The apartment has everything a condo has and top line amenities and the staff is very nice and friendly
