Don't move here!
Very poor property management. Immediately raised rents 15-30'/, when they took over July 1. Then gave out notices 2 days prior to the new 90 notice required by the city. All within there rights, very shady! On-site management is a joke. Maybe here 20-30 hrs. a week. Always closed office. Washing machines have mold growing in them. Apartments are not even updated. My rent went up 17 pct. For formica, linoleum, no dish washer, bathroom fan from 1980, no local t.v. reception, exhaust fan 15 feet... from your bed, above stove, helps remind you what you had for dinner! Good luck if you choose this place!

When I first moved in it was brand new with new furniture, fresh painted walls. I've been living there for over 25 years now. Love that we now have a security gate. Have a pool, washer and dryer on site. The managers have been really good about fixing anything wrong and quickly.
