Very old apt, old plumbing often discolored water!! Mold is a big problem and they don’t get the attention needed from management, even after notification. Water stains on the ceiling. Odor is a regular issue. Cracked upper walls connecting the ceiling brings in dust and dirt. Very poor heaters. Power outlets are either too hard to plug or too loose to keep pluggs in place. Old windows and sliding door with mold and dark stains. Laundry is poorly served. Very dirty pool that the water... never gets replaced. Maintenance request are rarely completed and if they are met usually they are not properly or professionally met. Very Pleasant manager on site tho. And lots of parking spaces. Read More
