Look for a better place to live. Their charging way to much for apartments, the neighborhood is infested with homeless and you won’t get any peace.

Cool Building
The building has cool vibes, it feels more like a hotel than other apartment buildings. The apartments are nice and the cafe in the lobby is run by nice people and is a convenient place to hang. It’s been a good home.

Terrible
Awful experience renting from these people. Dangerous neighborhood, filthy common areas, loud bar right by your window on weeknights, and arrogant, greedy landlords. One of the worst experiences of my life and I have rented in Boulder Colorado for years.

Great Design, Good Location
Pet friendly and modern design are both really important for me. The units are laid out really efficiently and the location is convenient (Max stop out front, easy access to retail and restaurants)
Love Foxy coffee on the ground floor in the mornings and the roof deck for summer evenings.
The property managers also held a brunch on the roof last weekend which was a nice event.

Clean Design, Friendly Staff
The building has great design, it's super clean and modern and its great to have a coffee shop right on the ground floor. It's also easy to commute from the Max stop right out front.
The property managers also hosted a brunch on the roof for the 4th and it was a great way to kick off summer.
