We drove over an hour today to our scheduled appointment to tour the apartments. The moment we arrived, we see trash everywhere, dog poop all over the ground and the complex looks like a dump. We go to the office to meet the manager for the tour, and she’s just not there. We waited for about 15 minutes and she still did not arrive. We tried to call and she didn’t answer. We called again a little bit later, still no answer. So we decided to walk around the complex to check things out. All of the... buildings are in terrible condition. We found more dog poop everywhere. People were blasting loud music around the complex and drinking alcohol openly in the parking lot at 11AM. We walked around for about an extra 5 minutes before we decided to just leave. This apartment complex is awful. The management is awful. We never were able to tour the apartment because the manager never arrived and never called us back. I can’t think of a single good thing to say about this complex. Lived in two different units, each for a year. The buildings themselves are fine and relatively roomy, but management sucks. The current manger is so disorganized and often rude. Maintenance requests are rarely taken care of on the first request. Manager loses papers and blames residents for things she should be taking care of. Would not recommend living here unless/until there is a management overhaul.

Pretty cheap places that are fairly well maintained. The only reason it's not five stars is because there's constantly kids playing in the assigned parking spaces, as well as the entire parking lot. Very dangerous. Definitely not a place for you if you don't want to be woken up by kids shrieking/dogs barking/train whistles at all hours of the day. Its just that a place to live the trains planes and automoblies going by 24 hours a day 7 days a week leave a want for more silence and a few more feet of backyard are just to name a few things that need to be addressed other than that like I said it is a place to live
