I pay $200 to park in their parking garage (as a resident). In the two months since I have lived here, my car has had its windows smashed and broken into on 3 separate occasions. I have reached out to the leasing office and each time they give me the exact same copy-and-pasted response that "it happens".

I'm deeply disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. Multiple security incidents, including package theft, threats from another tenant, and car vandalism, have been inadequately addressed. The property management has consistently failed to follow up on these serious issues or provide necessary security measures. Security cameras were installed all over the property in 2022, but the staff is so negligent that they are unwilling to take the time to review captured video,... rendering them useless.
I've attempted to resolve these matters directly, but have been ignored. I strongly advise potential residents to reconsider their choice.

Goat blocks apartments are beautiful, the location is perfect, but the staff are unhelpful and the security in the building is horrendous. There are constant break ins and thefts and nothing is done about it.
