Our previous apartment manager maintain the area and we didn't have much issue. With the new manger lately we have cars broken in and our was one of them. We started to have neighbors that have family/friends that come in live with them without no background check bring multiple cars parking in assign parking space being loud after 10 pm. Seem like this place is desperate for renter and started to rent out without doing background check.

Our first year
We have lived here about a year and were really nervous about going from a house to an apartment, but our experience here as been wonderful. The complex is so well maintained and the onsite manager is outstanding. If anyone wants a good, comfortable living experience this is the place to check out. LaMonte & Heather
