Ella apartments are exceptional in both atmosphere and staff professionalism. I have lived here for quite some time (years) and have consistently been satisfied. The Ella Team goes out of their way to care for tenants. Common areas (i.e. the lounge) are inviting. Frequently, community events are facilitated and create a community culture. Location is definitely a plus, close to so much. Neighborhood parks are beautiful and well-kept. Plenty of adorable dogs (and cats!) exploring outside. I... would highly encourage anyone to check out the Ella flat! Whether your lifestyle is entrepreneurial, a family with kids, young professional, in your golden years--Ella is the place to be.

Pathetic Apartment Complex. Avoid Like Your Life Depends on It!!!!!!!!!!
Would not wish this place on my worst enemy. Lived here for a few excruciating years and since I left my joy has been limitless! The management is awful. Nonchalant. Very slow to respond. Quick to defer blame and do ABSOLUTELY nothing to improve your situation. Multiple issues that could have been prevented with even the minimum effort. But alas, I get the sense they know you likely are busy working hard to afford the insane rent and will not have the time or energy to do anything about their... lackadaisical approach to everything. PLEASE IF YOU ONLY READ ONE SENTENCE: DO NOT LIVE IN ELLA THERE ARE SO MANY MORE BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS ON SOUTH WATERFRONT THAT DO NOT SUCK ON EVERY LEVEL. I am imagining your life, one where you never have the misfortune to live at Ella. It is a most beautiful life. You're welcome.

Very Pleased Living at the Ella
Kelsey, Jane and Patrick always have time for a hello when they see me. They have been responsive to my questions. Kelsey went out of her way to make sure I had a parking spot in the garage that I felt comfortable with. The few times I needed maintenance, Ric was prompt and courteous. All of the events sponsored by the Ella were fun and delicious - especially the recent waffles. All and all I am very pleased living at the Ella.
