Built in the 60s these apartments are spacious and face into a beautiful courtyard. My upstairs deck is 17 feet across and 5 feet deep, with 2 sliding glass doors for access. Maintenance is quick and trustworthy if you need it and for night time issues they have Nighthawk available for you to call. I wish they had front loading washers but one cannot have everything.
