Wish I could move but can’t afford the lease breaking fee
Been living here for 2 years and I really regret renewing my lease back in December. Living here has been disastrous and worse every month. The trash and recycling room is always full of recycling that maintenance is supposed to take downstairs for waste management to remove, but unless I speak directly to the main office manager it doesn’t get taken care of. It will be weeks sometimes before I’m able to speak to management and the same recycling will still be in the trash room with more piling... up on it. I am also being charged over $200 a month for my “use of Utilities” including common area electricity with $100 of the cost going to “Trash services”. I have never heard of trash services costing that much for a single household, it doesn’t even cost that much for my friends and family members that have a house. Living here genuinely feels unsafe frequently. The trash room is a real safety and sanitation hazard, and many people who park their cars in the parking garage have had it broken into with piles of broken glass not being picked up for months. It got so bad that a car was being broken into every month. There was literally a pile of poop in the parking garage that was there for over a month that wasn’t being taken care of because it was on the bottom floor where there’s not much foot traffic. I can’t recommend anyone to live here. Even with the cheaper cost for rent it’s still more expensive than other locations with such a steep price for utilities plus with the emotional stress living here has added it is truly not worth it.

Horrible. I hate living here.
Absolutely horrible. Everything is always broken. Overpriced. Bad vibes. Break ins in parking garage. Thin walls. Management is never in the office. I do not recommend at all.

Expensive and unsafe
Multiple car break-ins inside "secure" parking garage. Key fobs have been stolen so access to building is not secure bringing a large problem of package theft that is ongoing. New management has not addressed this issue with the residents.

Very nice apartment
The building is in walking distance from downtown Portland. Most apartments have balconies, wich is pretty rare and our apartment also has a gas fireplace. The management is very nice and the entrance gives it a Melrose Place kinda feeling. I would very much recommend this building to others.
