I've lived here for about two years now, so far everything has gone smoothly. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer, built in wifi routers, and dishwashet. The maintenance team are efficient, the leasing office workers are open and friendly. Pet friendly, I constantly see dogs going out for walks and cats sitting in their respectvie windows. Occasionally elevators will go out but fixed immediately.

Fire alarms work, stairs work.

The community is great, activities happen weekly in the club... room. The club room also has good furniture, including two private study rooms with doors that block out noise.

The amenities include gym, steam room, sauna, and hot tubs. I've never used the gym nor steamer or sauna but I constantly see tenants who use them and are satisfied. The hot tubs are hot for the cold seasons and cool for the warm seaons.

The complex is right across the street from Portland State University, a bar, coffee cafés, and convenience stores.

Lived here for a few months and I have to say that I still love it here. The staff are all wonderful and the amenities are quite good, especially for downtown Portland.

If you are disabled, elderly, or just prefer NOT to walk up 10+ flights of stairs filled with dog poop and urine, do not move here.

If you want to be able to use your amenities rather than getting emails not to use the pool because you could get an infection, don't move here.

If you want to feel like the people who work in your leasing office aren't annoyed by your existence, don't move here.

I've lived here for 2 years and only stay because of the price of the apartment. The girls in the... office, except for Chelsea, are short and borderline rude every time I email or come by the office for anything. They send you an email that they have a package for you, you go to pick it up, and they tell you "we haven't sent emails out today" - While I'm viewing the email sent to me 30 minutes ago.

The elevators break down constantly. I've gotten emails from them on the following dates notifying tenants of an elevator outage (meaning NO elevators work or just 1 does): 6/24, 6/23, 6/13, 6/5, 5/30, 5/27, 5/26, 5/21, 5/20, 5/17, 5/12, 5/11, 5/10, 5/8, 4/9, 4/1, 2/28, 2/4, 2/3. This is JUST the times they've notified us - There has been countless times that elevators don't work with 0 communication.

I'm *this* close to consulting a legal team to see what we can do about this because it's absolutely not okay. The collective always blames vendors or someone else instead of taking any ownership. Move anywhere else. Read More

the hot tub is closed. The elevators are broken. The office ladies are nice. I hear my neighbors are very loud and not nice. i don’t like that there are mean random people in the lobby

Loving the apartment so far. Super cute little space that's perfect for my needs. The people working in the office are outstanding and incredibly helpful. Can't wait to spend the next few years of my life here!
