horrible staff who don't care about tenants, maintenance never came and that's not what the apartments look like on the inside

The prices are good. The gas heaters don’t actually warm anything up and will waste your money, so be ready to invest in a space heater because it gets cold here. The laundry facilities are limited and break down sometimes. Not very soundproof and can often here people above or beside you. People often live or hang out in front of the building. Access to the streetcar right out front is great. Super close to PSU campus and safeway. Closet storage is big.

I love the feel of this historic building from the crown molding to the clawfoot tub. If you're looking for the dream experience of living in Portland than this is the place for you! Being that it's right next to the PSU campus, living here is especially convenient for students like myself who attend the University. The environment feels safe due to the fact that the occupants must be attending college to live here so there are no creepers to be found.
