Clean building and very quiet for the most part. For the price of my studio here, its the best deal in the area that ive seen, and i got 1 month free! Staff is super friendly and my service request for my room always get done very quickly! No complaints at all!

I've been in my apartment for just a short time and I'm loving it. The apartments are VERY quiet, even with quite a few dogs here. The studios are small but for one person, it's enough. The appliances are new and beautiful; full size washer and dryer! (That alone is worth the price). Wood style laminate flooring, very nice and pretty. There is a cool dimming light system and electronic A/C / Heating system, ceiling fan, and windows that are large enough to let in the right amount of natural... light. If you don't pay for parking in the garage, parking can kinda be a pain but the neighbors are quiet and seem decent enough to not have to worry too much about your vehicle. (knock on wood). The 6th floor is the roof top and while it is small, it seems nice for a nice day. There is a bar-b-que and sink outside for small gatherings. It also seems super secure, camera's are located in the halls and entrances along with a keyless security system to get into the building. My view isn't the greatest, but it's not the worst.
