I’ve been part of the Oswego Cove community for over a decade, and it has truly felt like home. The surroundings are peaceful and green, with well-kept grounds and thoughtful updates that have made the property even better over the years. The current management team has been especially wonderful—always warm, professional, and quick to help whenever something comes up. My apartment has a comfortable layout with two spacious bedrooms and a welcoming fireplace that I love. The pool and hot tub are... great perks in the warmer months, too. Oswego Cove has been an easy place to love and a place I’m grateful to call home.

Secluded & beautiful!
I have lived at Oswego Cove for almost 2 years, and I absolutely love it here! It is quiet and secluded, no traffic noise whatsoever! The nearby foresty-style landscaping and walking trail make it feel so peaceful. Add to that the year-round heated pool & spa, and wonderful staff! I can't say enough about it here. I hope to be here for a long time.

Oswego Cove Apartments
I recently moved to Lake Oswego, Oregon from Virginia. Not an easy task. Settling in, love the neighborhood and would recommend this apartment.
Oswego Cove caught my attention on-line. Largest (2 bdrms) with nice amenities (W/D, FP, pool/Jacuzzi, work-out room and free access to Mt. Park Rec Center), non-smoking in my price range. Lacks the high-end interior upgrades, lovely landscaping and spectacular views of some others in the neighborhood, but I find it to be a nice, clean, well... maintained, spacious (large rooms), quiet complex located in a very nice residential neighborhood with easy access to I-5/Rte 217 and conveniences. I’m happy on the 3rd floor, (the stairs are worth experiencing greater peace, privacy and safety).
Management/office staff top notch! My long list of questions about the apartment and surrounding community were kindly and thoroughly answered, with quick responses and follow-up and pictures to boot! I experienced patience and flexibility to my long distance challenges, and after 2 months I find the same courtesies to be true in-person.
Necessary conveniences are close with a range of options. Ten minutes either direction to major shopping (Bridgeport or Washington Square).
Biggest negatives for me include a lack of closet space - no hall/coat closet! (Somehow that got by me.) No walk-in closet in MBR and no organizationally updated closets (CA closets)! This leaves me lacking closet space big time! The kitchen pantry and linnen closet help! With a larger vanity, MB could have more counter space. Covered old fashion interior lights and bone/beige walls make lighting and atmosphere an issue, both could easily and inexpensively be improved. (Maybe this review will help.)
A few ants visited MB at move-in but have since gone away, and appear to be a non-issue.
Kudos to MOD Pizza for a great free pizza on my first visit! Pizzicato and Pizza Schmizza (Pricey & $3 delivery fee) need to step it up! 45 min. prior to close, neither could provide their delivery service due to staff shortage. Too bad!
