3 1/2 year old ADU Available January 10th - Beautiful and bright with high ceilings, built-ins and off street parking. This is an attached ADU, meaning that part of the ADU (the bedroom & bathroom) exists below the main house where we live. We've... taken great measures to sound proof our living area above the ADU. Nobody likes a lot of noise, coming from either direction. We are good landlords and will provide references for you, and of course we would love for you to provide some also. It's a perfect place for 1 person or couple.

Small pets are okay as long as they are not barkers - There is no fenced yard but there is room for a catio if you want one. Also, the driveway (which is all yours) makes for a nice patio/bbq spot!. We have 3 cats upstairs and though there isn't a fenced yard per se for the ADU, there is lots of room for pots and we would be willing to share some of our garden if you want to grow veggies.

Woodlawn is awesome. We're a few blocks from the Dekum triangle where Breakside Brewing, Campanga, The Fire House, Cafe Eleven (best bagel sandwiches in town),Woodlawn Coffee & Pastry and a new live music/theater is opening up later this year - lots going on in our neighborhood. Short distance from the Marine drive bike path, New Seasons, Kennedy School, Safeway... it's just very well located regardless if you bike or drive.
