Visitors must use on street parking. Really you could get by without a car as public transport close by. On the fifth floor outside there is a common area that has covered alcoves and gardened area with a common barbecue for the use of the building occupants. Outside the building at ground level are seating areas with a fountain. Utilities paid by owner: gas, garbage, water and sewer. Unlike other properties in the area, there are no other fees other than standard late fee if late on rent. There is air conditioning which is electric. Heat costs are very low. Internet and cable access as well as electricity which must be set up and paid for by tenant. This is a non-smoking unit and building. There is a high rise move in/move out fee of 870.00 which must be collected upon lease signing which will be forwarded to Home Owners Association. Renter MUST coordinate with the Home Owners Association who will arrange a move in date and coordinate moving in and out and will provide orientation for rules of the building which require strict adherence. This fee is not mine and is non negotiable as it is part of the HOA. Not coordinating with them on moving in/out will result in fines which renter will be liable for.
