Apartment is in excellent condition with Stainless steel appliances such as refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove and microwave. Large bathroom with owner added built in storage and porcelain deep soaking tub and shower combination. Brand new Washer/dryer. Relatively new beautiful Birch wood floors. View of the Willamette River is from the 14th floor. Includes one dedicated parking spot in private underground garage with opener of which there is no extra fee for this unlike other units in the South Waterfront. Included in the cost of rent is utilities of water, sewer, garbage and gas which other building make you pay for. I am the owner and take excellent care of the property providing immediate assistance /response if there are any issues and I live 2 miles away.This is my only rental property which my daughter used in medical school and residency.
A welcome package of Stainless steel cleaner/polish (for appliances), bees wax polish (for cabinets) and floor protectors for furniture will be provided as well as mat protector for a rolling office chair will be left for you and should be left when you leave. I will require a check of 95.00 to run a background check and this fee will be returned upon signing of the lease.

Visitors must use on street parking. Really you could get by without a car as public transport close by.
