We live on the upper levels of the home if anything is needed. Enjoy the beauty of one of the SE Portland's best/oldest neighborhoods .This is a nice private basement studio space. There is room to spread out and have some downtime when you aren't exploring Portland and all it has to offer. Also included, is a newly remodeled Bonus Room that includes TV, cozy couch and desk - perfect for relaxing or working.
The studio has a full bathroom. Kitchenette includes a small fridge, sink, electric tea kettle, microwave, coffee supplies and portable burner. If you are traveling with children we have a pack-n-play, toys and books we can provide. There is a backyard outdoor space.
If you are traveling by bicycle, we have a covered outside area to park it. There is ample street parking.
We live upstairs with a sweet dog in an old house, so although we do try to be quiet, you will hear us at times. We live close in SE and are walkable to so much! There are parks, coffee, tea, kava, beer, drinks, food, clothes, movies, books... so much so close. Public transit is everywhere and can take you to all parts of the city.
