This amazing country home is located outside of Pleasant Hill and is 10-15 minutes to Eugene/I-5 and Thurston. It is located down a private gravel driveway and shares the land with the original Homestead house. The owner lives next door in the Homestead home. It is technically a duplex but does not share any common walls. 3 Bedroom with an additional room that could be an office or another bedroom. Smaller yard for the rental home so not a lot to have to take care of but feels really big due to the land it is set upon. There is a fenced area but it is not fully fenced. Complete Application includes: 1. Separate application for each adult (18 years of age or older) 2. Paid Application fee of $50.00 for each adult (18 years of age or older) 3. Proof of income (Gross monthly household income no less than 2.5x amount of monthly rent) The first qualified applicant willing to move-in at the earliest date will be processed first. We do not hold properties for more than 7 days unless the property is not move-in ready. Please be advised that the availability date is an estimate only. Due to factors beyond our control, the property may not be ready for move-in on that exact date. Applications will be accepted between beginning 5/26/26 until rented.
