• If an incomplete application is received, it will be canceled upon receipt by Gordon Properties, Inc.
• Once we have verified your application is complete and is first in line, we will email you a showing invitation. All showings are in-person and are scheduled Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Applicant(s) will schedule a property showing to occur within 48 hours of notification their application is complete and is first in line. If applicant(s) fail to view the property within 48 hours of notification, the application(s) may be canceled.
• A Background Screening Charge of $50.00 per Applicant in certified funds is due at the property showing to continue processing the application(s) after the showing. A receipt will be provided. The Background Screening Charge is non-refundable.
• If the Background Screening Charge is paid at the property showing, Gordon Properties, Inc. will run a full background check including rental history, evictions, credit history, criminal and references. The full background check typically takes 3-5 business days but this may vary.
