I have lived here for 5 years.
Had Mold in the fall/winter season (especially in the closets And around the windows). The landlord does nothing about it (did not allow to paint) But when we moved out her charged me for having a moldy closet.

Relocating to Oregon from Minnesota was made much easier with the help of Regan- the facilities manger. Fuller Commons is a very well-kept property that is near to, but not directly on, some major thoroughfares. The apartment layouts are very spacious and efficient.
I am renting a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, and it comes complete with washer and dryer, an electric fireplace, small deck with storage closet, and a fully updated kitchen. In my building, I only have one small shared wall with my... neighbors and have heard very little noise. The parking lot isn't huge, and each apartment only includes one assigned (but covered) parking space. Beyond that there are garages for an additional cost and some unassigned parking spaces. So far, it has not been an issue to find an unassigned parking space when needed. The neighborhood is also pretty quiet- there's a Catholic church and school nearby as well as some other apartment complexes.
The Clackamas Town Center shopping area is a short distance away, so major convenience factor for any basic necessities.

I live at a newly built apartment complex in a very desired location within a mile or two of grocery stores, restaurants, & a shopping mall.
