APPLICATION PROCESS

The application fee is $65 per adult applicant, plus a $10 nonrefundable payment processing fee. PetScreening fees may apply when applicable.

RENTAL CRITERIA AND INCOME REQUIREMENT

Total gross household income must equal at least three times the monthly rent.

PET POLICY

Pets may be considered subject to owner approval. Any applicable pet rent and refundable pet deposit will be determined based on the individual PetScreening report.

RENTERS INSURANCE

Residents must maintain renter’s liability insurance with $100,000 in coverage per occurrence unless the household or dwelling qualifies for an exception under Oregon law.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The refundable security deposit ranges from one to one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, depending on screening results. Conditional approvals may require an additional deposit equal to one-half month’s rent and/or a qualified co-signer.
