I have been here for 2 years. I feel so safe here and I LOVE my apartment. The staff here are beyond great!!! I have had a couple maintance requests and they were addressed within a day! I have seen many complex improvements in this last year and I understand many more are in the works.. They are updating and improving so many things.
There arent enough good words to describe the manager. She is always in the office when I go by and so friendly. She is quick to address any problems such as... parking violations. Im sure she truly does care about all of us. The maintance guy is AWESOME!!! he knows what he is doing and always so helpful. I recommend this property to anyone. The price is so much more reasonalbe comparted to others in the area. The location is PERFECT fo my life.

Total nonsense people to get involved with. A very unhappy experience renting from these folks. I'm an old man with health issues and I was thrown out on the street so they could raise the rent and break the lease. If you want to be broke and homeless, then get involved with these rascals. A much better alternative is buy a mobile home and pay a much lower space rent and lower year to year space rent increases, and not get involved with these apartment ripoff deals that cost way too much money,... are subject to constant rent increases and other nonsense. I'm a current resident at royal greens and have been living here with my roommate for little over two years now. Within those last couple years i've seen a lot of things change around the property but overall have been very happy with everything. The people are kind and most keep to themselves, and the maintenance guys are quick to address any issues and to my knowledge have always done a great job with any task given. New mgmt is terrible with her communication. She says she will get back to you and doesnt. You call her to ask what is taking so long to get an answer and she is just rude. The new pool funiture has a tag that says 'contains material known to cause cancer in the state of california" I've lived her for 2 1/2 years and loved it until now. Theres too much about this mgmt that is concerning and unprofessional.

I totally disagree with the statement about new management. Yes, we had interim people, but we now have a new permanent manager Kimberly, She is amazing, she answers questions nicely, is all about helping. She always has a smile on her face. So if you are unhappy with the service, maybe it's something your doing.
