When we moved in, we were excited. What we didn't know was there is no one site security services, so my car was broken into by a man on a bike who I presume is from the homeless camp behind the facility. We had a neighbor with a viscous dog that attacked my husband and nothing was done about it. That could have been my child. Keep in mind, we are dog owners ourselves. This dog lunged at my husband and bit his arm through his three layers of shirts. Then there were the rats. You could literally... hear them scratching in the walls and under the tub. The maintenance team came by and did a routine center check, which the guy drug dirt into my home and didn't even plug in the dryer again or put the dryer back in place so I could shut the door. And the worst was the black mold. It was so bad in my child's room they couldn't sleep in there. Maintenance came by and told me it was my fault for keeping the blinds shut, they sprayed something they insisted was safe but the smell was so overpowering, I asked to see what it was and I looked it up, there was a warning to not be in direct contact, must wear a mask around while spraying and do not be in vicinity for 4 to 6 hours. Keep in mind they sprayed this around my 6 year old telling me it was safe! When we left they made upvthings to eat our deposit because we complained about Alexis in the office so she didn't like us. I lived here for about 3 years. Mangement changes hands, what seems like, about 2 times a year. If you try to talk to someone in the Offices, you may as well just write a letter to yourself and burn it, because you won't get a callback. If you park off-street, don't leave anything in your car, because this area is a hot spot for car theft. We recently have been trying to get an itemized list of why they took half of our deposit and then tried to bill us for utilities that we didn't use. The best... you get is a call from their "Property Managers" over at Avenue 5. Apparently, they don't believe in using email and like to blame the USPS for "Not delivering" mail that they claim "Was sent". If you can't send it as a PDF, maybe you shouldn't manage places where people live. If you do get a reply from management about your review, they say to contact them. This is great for them as they don't ever answer the phone and just wind up sending you to collections and ruining your credit. Once we got the City of Gresham involved, nothing changed.
