White Bear was clean, quiet and in a great location!
When I had maintenance issues (three small instances in over a year) they were quick to fix the problem. The only issue here is the heat/AC unit. It blows either hot or cold air but it makes a constant noise that is somewhat loud, especially for sleeping.
