This is the second time I have had the pleasure of living here. Current manager is amazing. She is the same manager that was here the first time I lived here. Privately owned, so rent is super cheap. Good location. Seriously rent is the cheapest in town.

While being literally landlordless for a summer due to them hiring a guy who did nothing and being fired we received written notice that rent was being increased right around the holidays. Great timing for a management that has been non existant! They really dont care about their tenants.
