Fantastic Location, great management, good community, 5 STARS

I moved up sight unseen from California. I have no regrets on that. The pictures of the community and units are accurate, the prices are totally reasonable, the management has changed and is now run by an AMAZING MANAGER, LESLIE, who totally knows her stuff and is way on top of running the community. Maintenance is quick and responsive. The app to pay rent or request maintenance makes it so easy. The grounds are always kept nice and clean, with beautiful mature trees and a creek in the... complex. My unit is a recently upgraded one and I LOVE THE KITCHEN. The neighborhood is fantastic, close to shopping within walking distance, gas station, both my banks, a hardware store, grocery store, pharmacy and STARBUCKS all within 5 walking minutes to me. NO COMPLAINTS! Even though it's a busy main street, the units are well placed where noise and traffic are of no issue really. This community is absolutely a fantastic place to land. I have recommended two different families here and they both moved in and love it here as well!

A place to reside, not call a home

I've been at these apts for over 3 years now. When I first moved in the scenery and location is what was the main draw. In a great part of town, I feel they let their location overpower what they actually do here maintenance wise for the price. If you are looking to spend $1200 in rent (3 bedroom) I strongly would consider looking at other comparable apartments as these seem to be under awkward management!
