Whenever our home has had any issues such as ants or damaged closet or even the handrails at our stairwell, management is always quick to get support sent over to help fix our predicaments. That being said I will confess that not all homes are made equal, for example our unit does not have any washer or dryer machines while other apartments have them included. The apartments themselves are also aged, as in most have not been updated or renovated in many years. For us, our apartment has very... creaky floors in specific spots or half of our living room being set on one whole circuit. That would not be as bad (especially during the summer) if there was any built in AC and the AC units we have to use take enough current that trips the circuit breaker often. That being said management has been making plans to get some much needed changes done around the apartments as well as bring more amenities to the residents. The distances to the nearby stores does make the area very convenient to get much needed supplies not too far from home. Overall while there is quite a bit we wish was improved it has a lot of potential and a bright future for both the owners and tenants alike!
