Not Worth renting
I visited a friend who lives there for 5 days on my vacation from California. I noticed that the place has super poor or lack of installation in the walls and the windows are single paned with aluminum frame. When I went there it was in the low 30s with snow everywhere and his place was colder inside than outside. The complex has the tenants be responsible for maintaining the windows and the condensation on the windows is a full-time job. The single paned windows with the aluminum frame cause... mold to grow on the frame at a fast pace. My friend got sick with bronchitis two years in a row living there due to the mold issue.
I also noticed that the appliances are outdated and one of the reasons for the high electricity bill that my friend goes through on a daily basis. The real big problem with this place is they don't really listen to tenants, takes way too long for anything to get done onsite when you have an issue, and the owners of the property is too cheap to fix or address the issues.
My opinion, It's a very nice place and nice layout of the apartment but same time not worth the health issue and lack of responsibility on the owner side to main a better place of living. Rent at your own risk!
