I have lived here for a long time.
Through 2 or 3 different management companies.
I have never had a problem with any of them.
Our complex is quiet and off the main road.
Our manager addresses my needs promptly and is always friendly.
I would definitely recommend this as a place to live.

I have lived here for several years and after finally getting a change or ownership and an on-site manager, I am very happy here. Under the previous ownership, the place was a mess. There was no on-site manager and the dumpsters were overflowing with garbage weekly. All maintenance requests had to be done online and most repairs were delayed for way longer than they should have been or just flat out ignored. Now, the place is clean and the dumpsters are never overflowing. My maintenance requests... are scheduled and completed in a timely manner and I always receive a follow up call/email from the manager to make sure the work was completed. I've lived here for many years. It's always been a clean, quiet property. My neighbors and I started seeing rats near our building this spring. We brought it to the managers attention immediately and many times after the first sighting. She has ignored our concerns. And now the entire complex is infested. I had a rat inside my unit. My reaction seems to have sparked a resolution. I attribute this to contacting the person above the manager. I overheard the exterminator s that came out say the... entire property is infested. This is gross negligence on the mangers part. In all the years I've been here it's never been a problem. The property also now has trash all over and the pet areas are disgusting. I absolutely love living here! I've been here almost 2 years and have been very happy since we now have new management with an on site manager. She is fantastic to work with. She always gets maintenance requests scheduled and completed quickly. The complex is quiet and secluded even though it is off a busy road. All apartments feel more like duplexes. No one above or below you! I look forward to many more years here!

I have been living here for over a year and I absolutely love it. The location is great and even though it is off a busy street, the complex is quiet and secluded and the noise from the street is minimal. The onsite manager is always available and is quick to get things done. She is kind and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this complex!
