Application: Application will be provided to you only after your initial interview with the Property Manager. There is no application fee. Each applicant 18+ must submit their own application and be sure to fill out the application completely along with attaching required documents. This should take just a few minutes.

Background/Credit Check: Credit, criminal and eviction check for all tenants 18 and older. This will cost you $55 per applicant (this is a non-refundable fee going directly to the background/credit check agency). Once you complete, the Property Manager will receive the report right away and be able to render a decision.

Approval: Once you're approved, you will be notified and will need to sign the lease and pay the full Move-In Amount Due, both within 24 hours. Otherwise, the property will go to the next applicant in line. Thank you for your interest!
