This is my second year at Red River, office staff and maintenance have been very helpful. And courtesy patrol has been great. Love the new colors and all the new renovations. This is a great place to live.

I have had no problems here. Mimi and Adriana are great ladies. If I have a question, I can always get an answer if I speak up and ask. They have gone out of their way to make sure that any maintenance problems were fixed, and that I was good with the outcome. As far as roaches I havent seen any. Even if I did I know how to get some spray and handle it until the exterminator could be notified. I love this place, it quiet for the most part, I have no problems with neighbors. Prices will change without a moments notice. My month to month fees went from $75 to $250. Had letters stating the price of $75, but emails were ignored. I was told a letter was sent, but the office couldn’t produce a copy. And believe me, if they’ll raise a month to month fee $175 when NO OTHER APARTMENT in Tulsa charges that much, then their greed has no boundaries.

The new management is utterly awful, the maintenance doesn't know anything about how to fix anything, and the new crap they're putting in the does not benefit the complex in any way other than to annoy the tenants into leaving. If it works for you it work, but it's just not working anymore.
