I stayed her for a year until I got approved for permanent housing The staff here are impeccable and even with the small things that came up they were very communicative and willing to help And in this day and age the price versus what you get is great The only con is that the unit I had was one of the last to not be updated all the way but for the space I got I did not even care It is a clean quiet area and everyone minds their business Do not second guess coming to see what they have You... will not regret it

Awesome place!
I moved here probably 3 weeks ago and have run into some very unfortunate events lol! With that being said, I got to find out how good the staff is with issues being fixed! Chrisee, Emilia, and the maintenance guys are absolutely amazing. They’ve fixed every issue, and maintain great communication within a good amount of time. Would absolutely recommend staying here, it’s very peaceful and quiet as well with an awesome pool. You also can’t beat the location! This is my first apartment and... absolutely love it here.

Great location
We lived at rustic woods for a year and a half. Pet friendly, convenient location. Emilia and Chrisee were always friendly and helpful. The maintenance man is constantly on the property watching over everything. Our neighbors were quiet and friendly. We enjoy living there.

Amazing!
My husband and I rented here and the new management is amazing. Apartments are updated, and clean. Maintenance keeps up with everything and is extremely professional. If I didn’t buy a house I would have stayed longer! I was very nervous moving into an apartment but Amelia and Chrisee made everything very simple, and are very up front with everything. Great place, great people.

Not a good place to live
There is hidden charges that isn’t told upfront only after you’ve already signed a lease. Maintenance is not very good, and they charge you $15 a month to park in front of your apartment. Who in the world charges for parking in the front of your OWN apartment. Not a good place to live!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!
