Great Place To Rent! Great location… close to Costco.. Winco.. .. and Walmart… reasonable quiet… safe place to rent.. the Office Staff is simply EXCELLENT.. friendly.. knowledgeable and caring. I enjoy renting here in at the Sunchase Apartments.

Laminate clean up This feedback is in regards to the laminate replacement in my bathroom following the toilet repair. Zino was GREAT and fixed everything thoroughly and immediately! However, the contractor who installed the new laminate left a significant amount of adhesive residue on multiple surfaces. I even had to cut glue out of my carpet. There was residue left on the door handles, fixtures, the bathroom sink, and various items he moved around. It appears the installer failed to remove... sticky gloves/shoes or wash his hands before touching items. Additionally, the new trim that was added does not match well, has a crack in one area, takes up an inch of floor space, and it looks like a piece of trim from my cabinet was removed and not replaced possibly. While I am grateful for the quick repairs, I hope there will be better post-job cleanup, glove management, and attention to detail next time. Thank you for your consideration! :) Read More

Do not waste your time and move along. This property is ROACH infested and RUN DOWN! The assistant manager acted as if seeing roaches was no big deal. The apartment unit was run down . Vents didn’t work in bathroom, the baseboards were peeling and coming up, holes in the wall,etc.. For them to charge so much up front to move in, they sure don’t care for the property. Oh and LOTS of roaches. Luckily I ended up not moving in! Would never recommend anyone to the apartment complex. Tear them down... and start over! Read More

I lived there for 3&1/2 years, to get through school.
Maintenance is always quick, however they don’t always fix the issue. I had my hot water heater bust and had the carpet pulled up for over a week because they couldn’t fix it right. Couldn’t shower at home because the apartment above me had a leak and the popcorn ceiling would fall into my tub. They told me it was just a painters job as I tried to explain to them it was a leak because it hadn’t always been there. Took me calling about the... same problem three times for them to actually look into it. And fixed the leak days later. I had to have mold tests done every month because of the smell and how often I got sick. Always negative but never figured out what it was. Since moving out I haven’t had an issue. They never fixed the things like cabinets they were loose or scuffed from the day I moved in. Office management has turned over in the time I’ve been there and while the office workers are nice, they try to sugar coat things so it doesn’t seem as intense as needed. For example, when I told them I wasn’t renewing my lease and I was asked why, I explained these incidents and that nothing has ever been done to be fixed.
